Bucks For Burn Camp Flag of Heroes

The flag in which Bucks For Burn Camp proudly displays at every function in which we are involved in was a special gift from Saint Christina Holy Name Society. The flag lists all the names of the Heroes in the World Trade Center Attack. It was presented to us from the gentlemen that run concessions for the softball teams. In which was how in fact that Bucks For Burn Camp was started By Tom Taff a Chicago Fireman and his softball team the Posse. He wanted to do something more for the burn children of Illinois for he himself is a burn survivor.

In 2002 it was carried by a U.S. Marine Honor Guard for the closing ceremonies and has been carried ever since. A New York fireman proudly carries the flag at every Downtown and Southside parade since 2003. It has been shipped to Kuwait and flown over Camp Arifjan, Kuwait by SSG Scott M.
